Email support@vanglora.com. For order questions, include your order number and the email used at checkout. Please do not send payment-card details. For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the item and packaging help us understand what happened.

Shipping & returns

Standard shipping is available within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For Alaska or Hawaii, contact us before ordering for availability and an additional shipping quote.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery for eligible unopened, unused products. We provide the return address privately after reviewing and authorizing your request. Please read the full Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy before sending anything back.
